What we collect

Orders: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and the emirate you choose, and what you ordered.

Payments: card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Launch updates: your email address, if you sign up to hear about new colours.

Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and pages requested) to run and secure the site.

What we don't do

We don't use advertising or analytics trackers, and we don't sell your data. If we add analytics in the future, we'll update this policy first.

How we use your data

To take payment for your order, deliver it, and help with any questions, returns or refunds.

If you signed up, to email you launch news. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need: Stripe to process payments, our courier to deliver your order (your name, phone number and address), and our hosting and email providers. They may only use your data to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as UAE law requires for accounting and tax, and launch-list emails until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under UAE data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Email hello@rothbureau.com and we'll respond promptly.
