Everything you need to know about getting your sunglasses, and sending them back if they're not right.

Where we deliver
We deliver to all seven emirates: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.
Delivery charge
Delivery is AED 30 per order, to anywhere in the UAE. It's shown in your bag and at checkout, before you pay.
Delivery times
Orders placed before 2pm on a business day arrive in 2–3 business days (Mon–Fri) anywhere in the UAE. You'll get a tracking link as soon as you order.
Returns
If they're not right, you can return unworn sunglasses in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Email hello@rothbureau.com with your order reference to start a return.
Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, email hello@rothbureau.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order reference and a photo, and we'll make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive and check a return, we refund the price of the sunglasses to your original payment method.
