These terms apply when you use the Roth website or order from it.

Orders
Your order is confirmed once your payment goes through and you see the confirmation page. We'll then email you to confirm the delivery date.
Prices
Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include 5% VAT. Delivery (AED 30) and a card processing fee are added to each order, and both are shown in your bag and at checkout before you pay. We may change prices, but a change won't affect an order we've already confirmed.
Payment
Payments are taken securely by Stripe, our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number. The charge appears on your statement with ROTH in the description.
Product information
We try to show every colourway accurately, but colours can look different from screen to screen. Product specifications are listed on each product page once confirmed.
Delivery and returns
Delivery and returns are covered on our Shipping & returns page.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under UAE law. Where the law allows, our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
